Minimum Lot Size Block Captain:

Interested in helping collect signatures for a minimum block size ordinance? We work in pairs and keep it to two block faces at a time.

Phone Tree Block Captain:

Interested in helping keep neighbors informed in times of emergency? Be a phone tree block captain! A block captain collects their block's phone numbers and organizes neighbors in a phone tree. The captain calls the next neighbor to initiate the tree and each tree member can report back to the captain.  When a situation happens like there is a burglary or a hurricane coming, or a fire, the phone tree can be activated by any member calling the captain and/other members.  Block captain training and guidelines are provided. Just email: thefondecivicclub@gmail.com and write Phone Tree Block Captain in the subject line.

At Fonde Civic Club we treasure our volunteers and understand life happens! We don't want our volunteers to be burdened by a volunteering commitment. If you are out of capacity, just reach out and let us know.
